Technical University of Denmark offers PhD Scholarship in the Department of Management Engineering in Denmark

Eligibility:-Candidates should have a master’s degree in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master’s degree in engineering.
-The applicant should have an education or at least a background in environmental chemistry.
-Knowledge in environmental risk assessment, life cycle assessment, and the use of environmental models will be an asset.
-The applicant must have analytical skills, be interested in waste technology and the quantification of its potential environmental impacts, be well-organized in planning and performing development and testing of models, and be interested in aggregating complex issues into communicable terms.
-The ability to collaborate and work in a team is an important capacity, since several PhD students will work on bordering topics within the same research group.
-The applicant must master the English language.
-All interested candidates irrespective of age, gender,disability, race, religion or ethnic background are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Description: The PhD project can contain several activities addressing some of the above-mentioned issues regarding LCIA of emissions from waste treatment systems. The actual activities must be chosen with due consideration of the qualifications of the candidate and the potential collaboration with on-going projects within and outside DTU, but must lead to a concrete proposal on how to deal with the spatial and temporal characteristics of landfill emissions in LCIA.The Department of Management Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark invites applications for a PhD position with start 1 December 2011 at the latest. The PhD scholarship is placed at the Department’s Quantitative Sustainability Assessment (QSA) group.

W. SyCip Best and Brightest full Scholarship for Masters in Management for International students in Philippines

Eligibility:
1. Open to all nationalities.
2. Students will be accepted based on top academic records and entrance test scores (GMAT scores of at least 650), excellent work experience, and strong potential contribution to the AIM community.
