Eligibility:
Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents or New Zealand citizens holding a Special Category Visa. Applicants who have applied for, but not yet been granted permanent residency or a Special Category Visa, may apply for the award. Evidence of the appropriate status must be provided before the start of the award. Research funded by the Fellowship must be conducted in an Australian Institution.

Scholarship Description: This is the most prestigious of the Leukaemia Foundation’s personal awards and will provide sustained support for an outstanding young researcher preferably between 3 and 10 years Postdoctorate who has established an international reputation for research in the field of leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related blood cancers and disorders. Candidates in any field of research relevant to blood cancer are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have an established track record in research at the highest level and will be expected to establish an innovative new program of research in these blood cancers.
